Paola has over 18 years of experience in the rail and public transportation industries. She has experience managing technology projects, driving business operations, and marketing software solutions. As General Manager, Paola oversees overall business strategy, direction, and growth. Her responsibilities include business performance and expansion, fostering strong relationships with our customers and partners, and driving innovation, process improvements, and operational excellence. In her role, Paola wants to focus on driving business growth while making a positive impact on the organization, its customers, and the industry.

Daniel McCaslin joined TransTrack Systems Inc. in 2014 and has over 17-years of experience in public transportation management. His educational background includes:

Dan brings over 17-years of transit industry experience, including 11-years of fixed route and paratransit contracted transportation oversite, and the last 6-years in his current role at TransTrack. Dan is responsible for managing teams performing new client implementations, ensuring that system specifications and results reflect internal and client business processes. Dan is responsible for new and ongoing client training and manages the customer support process which is often consultative in nature assisting our clients with understanding their data and business conditions. ​

Melissa joined TransTrack January 2024. Prior experience included leadership in sales and customer success in the SaaS space. As Director of Sales, she oversees all the sales org, partnerships, business development, and account management. She is passionate about providing the tools for transit agencies to make data-driven decisions improving the overall rider experience.

Yoshiro is an experienced finance executive with a solid accounting background raised over six years at one of the Big4 Audit firms. In addition, he acquired a firsthand understanding of the entrepreneurial journey through his role as the Head of Finance for a Tech Startup, supporting the founders' fundraising efforts from Seed to Series A while structuring internal teams and discovering the ideal business model. Being an agile team player and cultural broker, he joined Modaxo in Sep 2022 and TransTrack in Sep 2024. Aside from overseeing all accounting and finance facets, he also acts as a business partner engaging with senior management to formulate strategies and ensure they are carried out as intended.
